Questions
Are you a voter casting your ballot online in the social elections with the ONLZ solution? The following questions and answers explain, step by step, how to vote online, how to check that your vote has been recorded, how to use your personal invitation code and what to do if you run into a problem.
How do I vote?
To vote online, if your employer works with ONLZ, you need your election invitation. Received by e-mail or by post, it contains a personal and confidential invitation code as well as an internet address. Go to that address in your browser and enter your code to vote online.

How do I know whether I have already voted?
Enter your personal and confidential invitation code again in the ONLZ application and check which ballots have been submitted.
How many times can you vote?
Depending on the situation, you may be invited to take part in several ballots, for example a Works Council (CE) and a Committee for Prevention and Protection at Work (CPPT). Generally, you vote 1, 2 or 3 times. If you are invited to a CE and a CPPT, you will have to submit 2 ballots. However, once these ballots have been submitted, it is no longer possible to vote again or to change your votes.
How many candidates can you select?
If you decide to vote by name (by selecting candidates from a list) rather than for a list, you may choose at most as many candidates as there are seats for the category of employees you are voting for. For example, if there are 6 seats (5 for white-collar employees and 1 for blue-collar workers) and you are voting for white-collar employees, you can select between 1 and 5 candidates.
As a blue-collar worker, I have been invited to vote in a white-collar ballot. Is this normal?
This situation can indeed occur in the case of joint electoral colleges. It is not a problem. Conversely, a white-collar employee may have to vote for blue-collar workers. Contact the members of the voting office if you would like more information.
How do I vote after voting has closed?
At the scheduled time, the chair of the voting office closes the electronic ballot box. After this step, voters can no longer vote. If you started voting before closing time and did not submit your ballot in time before the chair closed the vote, your ballot was not taken into account and you can no longer vote. Conversely, if a confirmation message appeared on your screen after you voted, this means your vote was recorded.
How long do you have to vote?
As long as you like, as long as voting has not yet closed. For security reasons, however, if you take no action for 3 minutes while selecting lists and candidates, your session will be reset and you will have to enter your code again and restart the voting process. Clicking on a list or changing a selection counts as an action.
